NOTICE OF HEARINGS
A public comment hearing in the above-entitled matter is scheduled for Thursday, May 19, 2016, beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Comfort Inn located at 2936 Ocean Gateway, Cambridge, Maryland 21613, concerning Todd Solar, LLC’s CPCN Application for the Todd Solar Center. The Todd Solar Center is a 20.0 MW solar photovoltaic project proposed to be located near Harper Road in Hurlock, Maryland.
If a settlement is reached in Case No. 9412 prior to May 19, 2016, an evidentiary hearing will be held on the same date and at the same location and begin at 6:30 p.m. In the event a settlement is not reached, an evidentiary hearing will be held at May 31, 2016 at 10:00 a.m., at the Maryland Public Service Commission, 6 St. Paul Street, 16th Floor, Baltimore, Maryland 21202.
Todd Solar, LLC’s Application, Environmental Review Document, and testimony filed in support of its application may be inspected in person by the public at the Dorchester County Planning & Zoning Office, Dorchester County Office Building, Room 107, 501 Court Lane, Cambridge, Maryland 21613.
Persons who wish to file written comments, referencing Case No. 9412, are directed to address such comments to David J. Collins, Executive Secretary, Maryland Public Service Commission, 6 St. Paul Street, 16th Floor, Baltimore, Maryland 21202, and file such comments by Monday, June 6, 2016. In the event a settlement is not reached, Todd Solar, LLC will publish a notice notifying the public that the deadline to submit public comments has been extended to Tuesday, June 14, 2016.
