Invenergy’s Center of Excellence (CoE) houses four critical business functions under one roof — setting a new industry standard for workforce development and end-to-end operations and maintenance. The CoE highlights Invenergy’s owner’s mindset, which is our commitment to operate every energy center under our management as if it were our own.
There’s no better example of Invenergy’s commitment to workforce development than the training center. It provides hands-on, safety-based training for our technicians across energy technologies, regardless of their experience. The training center builds on Invenergy's rigorous training approach and unlocks career advancement opportunities across Invenergy’s diverse portfolio of projects.
Expanding our operations and maintenance capabilities, the machine shop includes storage and workspace to repair and refurbish the critical components needed to run clean energy centers. It enables our customers to extend the lifespan of their projects and maximize the performance of their assets.
Complementing project site inventory and now serving as the core hub for Invenergy’s parts business, the CoE’s parts warehouse and distribution facility offers readily accessible parts to customers, reducing delays and optimizing customer operations.
The Generation Control Center monitors the energy centers under our management. It strengthens communications between our energy center operators, engineers and technicians to optimize project performance at all times.
