Our proven safety track record
Invenergy Services employees received an average of 65 hours of safety training per person in 2022. Our personnel are dedicated to making each day on the job as safe as possible for themselves and their teams.

Safety leadership training
Site managers participate in a series of lectures and hands-on activities to learn world-class safety best practices from renowned safety performance managers.
Safety best practices
In addition to compliance-based training requirements, employees are provided with training and education on several best safety practices, all designed to put them in the best position to be successful in completing their work safely.

New hire technician training
All Invenergy Services new hires must attend technician training to learn more about hazards recognition, proper use of equipment and PPE, how to follow safety protocols, best practices for working in a team and more.
