Energy Industry Veteran Bill Bradley Joins Invenergy As Executive Vice President & General Counsel

CHICAGO (May 13, 2019) – Invenergy, a leading privately-held developer and operator of sustainable energy solutions, today announced that Bill Bradley has joined the company as Executive Vice President & General Counsel. In this role, he will lead Invenergy’s legal and compliance department and serve as a member of the company’s Executive Committee. Bill joins Invenergy from GE Energy Financial Services’ global energy investment division in Norwalk, Connecticut, where he served as General Counsel and was part of the senior leadership team.

Bill has extensive experience in global law firms and as in-house counsel for companies where he has developed and managed sophisticated legal teams. His work in the energy and financial services industry has been principally focused on thermal and renewable power development, finance, M&A, and capital market transactions.

Bill is a member of the state bars of Connecticut, New York, and Virginia. He received a J.D. from the University of Richmond and a Bachelor of Science from James Madison University.
