CHICAGO (October 4, 2023) – Invenergy, the leading privately held developer, owner, and operator of sustainable energy solutions, today announced the company is expanding its flagship office in Chicago’s One South Wacker, consolidating the Chicago-based team into a single location and cementing its status as the building’s anchor tenant. The deal marks the largest office expansion in Chicago’s Loop this year and reflects Invenergy’s continued growth.
