Ava Weinreb - Analyst, Services Business Development

What do you like to do in your spare time? Baking, hiking, traveling.
What was your top 2022 Invenergy Services moment? Our Services Summit where I got to meet some of our customers and meet my whole team in person for the first time!
What conference are you most excited to attend in 2023 and why? OMS! I have been busy coordinating our team’s activities & events for the conference and I'm excited to connect with all of our partners and customers who will be attending.

What do you like to do in your spare time? Running, skiing, music concerts and festivals
What was your top 2022 Invenergy Services moment? Kickstarting my 3 months short-term assignment at Brazil Wind Power where Invenergy Services had its first booth in-country.
What conference are you most excited to attend in 2023 and why? Wind Europe in Copenhagen next April. Looking forward to generating visibility on Invenergy Services' presence and expansion in Europe.

What do you like to do in your spare time? Play soccer and basketball
What was your top 2022 Invenergy Services moment? My favorite moment from 2022 was when we hosted our first-ever customer event, the Invenergy Services Summit
What conference are you most excited to attend in 2023 and why? I am most excited for ACP OMS 2023 because it is always great to reconnect, meet new people, and listen to the important topics and conversations that shape the future of our industry
Sally Starnes - Senior Manager, Services Business Development

What do you like to do in your spare time? Explore Washington state with my husband and dog in our 20 ft travel trailer – paddle boarding is often involved!
What was your top 2022 Invenergy Services moment? I really enjoyed our global strategy meeting last summer. My focus is working with utilities and IPPs in the US and Canada, so I don’t always know what we are working on globally. It was really interesting to hear the similarities and differences in our customer’s needs in different regions. It also got me very excited about being able to leverage the global capabilities here in the US. For example, our team in Brazil has good experience working on SGRE turbines.
What conference are you most excited to attend in 2023 and why? I am most excited about Solarplaza Asset Management! As a service provider, we are currently supporting over 1+ GW of solar projects, but given the current growth in the industry, we expect to see that number increase quickly. I am looking forward to engaging with asset owners to understand their top challenges and discuss how we’ll be able to support them. I feel like we’re all in this together as our industry works to mature and scale to keep up with the capacity growth.

What do you like to do in your spare time? Just rest and relax! My days have been a lot busy with work, MBA and being a mother – so I use the little time I have left to do nothing 😊 it’s refreshing!
What was your top 2022 Invenergy Services moment? In 2022, Invenergy Services acquired two companies – one in Brazil and one in Spain – and we now have a diverse Business Development team working to bring a global presence to our services.
What conference are you most excited to attend in 2023 and why? In the USA, I am excited to attend the OMS in Florida because it is very focused on Operations and Maintenance and where we can kick off the year together with the most experts in the energy industry. In Brazil, I am excited to attend the Brazil WindPower Conference in São Paulo because it is the biggest wind show of LATAM and this year they will bring offshore and green hydrogen to the discussion.

What was your top 2022 Invenergy Services moment? Our Inauguration events for our Spain and Brazil services company acquisitions (HUSO renewables in Spain and Alisios in Brazil).
What conference are you most excited to attend in 2023 and why? Wind Europe in Copenhagen, it’s one of the best occasions to catch up with global renewable energy players, contacts, friends and discuss opportunities for cooperation.
