NOTICE OF HEARING AND OPPORTUNITY FOR PUBLIC COMMENT
A public comment hearing in the above-entitled matter is scheduled for Tuesday, January 9, 2018, beginning at 7:00 p.m., at the Town of Hurlock Town Hall located at 311 Charles St., Hurlock, Maryland 21643 concerning Richfield Solar Energy LLC’s application for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) from the Maryland Public Service Commission to construct a 50 MW solar photovoltaic generating facility in Dorchester County, Maryland.
