Innovators Institute

The Innovators Institute is an educational series that showcases the core function of a different Invenergy team every month, providing an excellent opportunity for new hires to learn about our business and foster a deeper connection among our colleagues.

Services Safety Training

Every Invenergy Services employee receives 48 hours of safety training annually, totaling more than 26,000 hours of fleet-wide safety training each year. The program is centered around our ten key principals of Invenergy's Safety for Life program.
