Innovation

Today’s ideas are tomorrow’s solutions.

To evolve our industry for the future, we continually ask what we can do next. Our best ideas come when we anticipate customer needs, embrace the freedom to explore and stay nimble to leverage new opportunities.

Safety

This is what a safety culture looks like.

At Invenergy, our people take care of each other. And our owner’s mindset means we operate every site as if it were our own – and all of that starts with safety. Every Invenergy Services employee receives 65 hours of safety training annually, totaling more than 42,100 hours of fleet-wide safety training each year.

Everyone on our team participates in increasing our safety using the systems that Invenergy’s EHS team has created to guide our team's safety program.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

We believe that our colleagues power Invenergy’s success and our innovative solutions are generated by the diversity of ideas and perspectives that are shared by employees who bring their whole self to work.

Fostering an environment where diverse perspectives are sought, everyone feels included and can grow to their full potential is all of our responsibility. We are as committed to becoming a more diverse, equitable and inclusive company as we are to building a sustainable world.

Affinity Groups make Invenergy a more welcoming, inclusive and uplifting place.

Site Pilot Program

The Site Pilot Program encourages technicians at our operating plants to submit ideas that can help them on the job. Many of these solutions submitted to the program have become a routine part of our technicians’ workdays. An empowered workforce and improved processes lead to increased reliability and sustainability, improved safety, and lower costs across our operating fleet.

Execution

We make good things happen.

At Invenergy, getting the job done is what we do. As a leading clean energy developer, we demonstrate every day our commitment to bringing clean energy to communities around the world. And this commitment means building relationships with the communities, customers and partners with which we work. To further enhance the work Invenergy does, we also encourage our employees to give back to their communities through their volunteer time off.
