"The innovator's challenge allows anyone in the company to identify a problem and propose a solution. It's a way we bring the best ideas in the organization forward"
— Utopia Hill, VP, Renewable Project Management
Site Pilot Program
The Site Pilot Program encourages technicians at our operating plants to submit ideas that can help them on the job. Many of these solutions submitted to the program have become a routine part of our technicians’ workdays. An empowered workforce and improved processes leads to increased reliability and sustainability, improved safety, and lower costs across our operating fleet.
